As our Voice Guardian, your mission is to extract the "Raw Intelligence" from world-class founders and translate it into high-signal authority. Key Responsibilities

  • The "Brain Dump" Mastery: Lead high-level monthly interviews with 7-9 figure CEOs. You must be able to "challenge" their thinking to get to the core of their unique "Information Gain."
  • Voice Synthesis: Master the linguistic "thumbprint" of each client. You ensure their Newsletter, LinkedIn, and Podcast all sound like them on their best day.
  • The "Information Gain" Filter: Every piece of content we release must say something new. You are the guardian who kills "generic" content before it reaches the client’s desk.
  • Strategic Narrative: You define the 12-month "Authority Arc" for each client. Where are we taking their reputation? What industry status quo are we dismantling?

Requirements

  • A Strategic Journalist: You likely have 5+ years of experience at a Tier-1 publication (e.g., Wired, Forbes, HBR) or have ghostwritten for high-profile executives.
  • Intrepid Interviewer: You are comfortable sitting across from a billionaire or a PhD and asking the "difficult" second and third-level questions.
  • AI-Fluent: You don’t fear AI; you use it as a "Junior Writer." You know how to direct an LLM to follow a specific tone, but you know exactly when to step in and overwrite it.
  • High Empathy: You can quickly "become" the client, understanding their values, fears, and vision.

The Mission

We don’t build marketing "campaigns." We build Authority Infrastructure for 9-figure brands and industry titans. In 2026, the traditional marketing funnel has collapsed, and we are the architects building the replacement. As our AI-Agent Architect, your job is to build the "brain" of the agency. You will design, deploy, and manage the autonomous workflows that turn raw founder intelligence into market-dominating authority. You are the reason we can deliver $100k of value with 1 hour of a client’s time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the "Brain": Design multi-agent workflows that take a 60-minute raw video and automatically generate high-signal newsletters, deep-dive articles, and GEO-optimized metadata.
  • Governance & Truth: Manage the "Knowledge Graph" for our clients. You ensure that when an AI agent (like ChatGPT) is asked about our client, it receives verified, structured, and consistent facts.
  • Discovery Monitoring: Build and maintain the dashboards that track our clients’ "AI Share of Voice." You are the one who spots an "Invisibility Gap" before the client does.
  • Operational Alpha: Constantly audit our internal fulfillment. If a human is doing a repetitive task more than three times, it’s your job to kill that task with an agent.

Requirements

  • A Systems Thinker: You see the world in inputs, logic gates, and outputs.
  • An API Wizard: You know how to make disparate tools talk to each other, even when they don’t want to.
  • AI-Native: You don’t just "use" AI; you understand how models ingest data and how to structure information so they "prefer" it.
  • Low Ego, High Output: You care more about the system working while you sleep than getting credit for manual "hustle."
  • 3+ years in Automation Engineering, Technical SEO, or No-Code Architecture.

You are the "Architect" of the account. Your goal is to ensure that a client’s 9-figure brand is technically undeniable to both humans and machines. You oversee the installation of Authority Infrastructure and manage the total strategic health of the account.

  • Client Relationship Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to Founders/GPs, ensuring the "Sovereign Omni" suite is perfectly executed.
  • Strategic Account Management: Lead all client calls, email communication, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term roadmap planning.
